Distrisneaks is based in Singapore. All Orders will be shipped out from Singapore.
All Orders will be taken care of and packed with extra care to prevent damage during transition. We know how important the shoes box can be to a sneaker collector and trust us, we value that importance too.

Thereafter, an email with the tracking number and delivery company will be sent to you.
A message might be sent to update you on the delivery status.
Singapore orders will normally take 1-2 working days to arrive.
All Regional orders will be packed double boxed and dispatched within 1-2 working days to our delivery service providers, mainly Qxpress / UPS / Aramex / SimplyPost / DHL e-commerce.
Thereafter, an email with the tracking number and delivery company handling your order will be sent to you. You can track your order in the email we have sent.
Economy Shipping will take 4-14 working days to arrive.
Expedited Shipping will take 2-5 working days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSAll International orders will be packed double boxed and dispatched within 1-2 working days to our delivery service providers, mainly DHL / Fedex / UPS. Thereafter, an email with the tracking number and delivery company handling your order will be sent to you.
You can track your order in the email we have sent. Unfortunately, for international customers, due to the issue of distance, there's only expedited shipping available.
Expedited Shipping will be through DHL / UPS / Fedex mainly
Value Added Taxes
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Returns and Refunds / Exchanges
Unfortunately, we offer no returns nor refunds / exchanges for our items. By placing an order, customers deemed that they agree to the terms and conditions stated. Kindly rest assured they are 100% Authentic and are in their original packaging.
